Being brokers, Pengana are a very client driven company. Throughout the design development process there was lot of focus on the front of house area. The outcome is a very comfortable well presented reception, 2 meeting rooms and a large 16 seater boardroom, all taking full advantage of the beautiful views of Sydney Harbour, along the Eastern side and Northern corner of the building. The open plan workstation area also takes full advantage of the views on the Northern side of the building.

Pengana leased the whole of Level 12, taking 584 square metres for their tenancy, and sub-dividing the remainder of the floor into 2 tenancies. Morphos also completed the inter-tenancy works for the subdivision.
