people2people are an award winning recruitment business with a reputation for providing professional and personalised services, specialising in Accounting and Business Support professionals.

people2people had engaged the expertise of Tenant Representation Services to locate and negotiate the best deal for new premises to accommodate a new phase of growth for the business and to assist in the selection of and oversee the services of a fitout provider. TRS included Morphos amongst firms they had encountered offering their clients professional and reliable service and invited Morphos to make a submission to the Directors at people2people.

Morphos was delighted to receive a phone call from TRS very soon after the presentation, with news that our submission was well received and that a unanimous decision by the partners to have us on board had been made on the spot.

Once appointed, Morphos undertook some additional space planning at both of the preferred locations, as negotiations for the lease of new premises continued. This, along with the budgeting that had been carried out on the proposed solutions assisted people2people to finalise their preference, the deal was finalised and we had a site to work on.

The selected premises were Heritage listed, which meant as soon as we were able to lock in the general layout we arranged the required Heritage Impact Statement and with additional Council requirements, coordinated the Development Application.

While the plans were pending approval at Council Morphos worked together with People2people to finalise the finer details with the objective of creating a fit-out that feels fresh, light, modern, clean and professional with direct separation between front and back of house.

Punches of color were incorporated into the glazing film, workstation screens, accent furniture and joinery details throughout the space, contrasting with the primarily white joinery, bench style workstations and contemporary furniture. Overall the use of color, texture and space was well received by the client and tenant representation.

On approval of the Development Application Morphos was quickly on site and completed the fit out works well before the target date ahead of Christmas.
